• Implement Improvements - Week 0 - Orientation imbedded in each class -  videos on home page every other week, message to class about classwork every other week,  grade assignments within 2-3 weeks of submission, respond to Private Messages within 72 hours. 
   
• New SLO - Summarize an Article - see Rubric  Current Event Grading Rubric.pdf
• Pre Assessment - students submit summary of article - by 3rd week - random grade students using rubric,and results provided to Vice Chair. Then videos and links on summarizing weeks #3, 9, and 11 - Post Assessment  - random grade student using rubric, compare with pre-test results, and provide summary to Vice Chair by Week 13 of the semester. - add at the end of semester a student survey on what they learned summarizing the article, and how to improve for the future. 
   
• Faculty Evaluations - Fall 2015 - schedule
           8/1/15 - Letters out to Faculty -  including schedule  

                    9/15/15 - Law Faculty Submit Narrative Self Eval          
                    10/15 - 11/15 - Visit Faculty Classrooms (on campus) and online 
                    10/15 - 11/15 Imbed Student Eval of Faculty in Etudes  
                    11/15 to 12/15 - meet with each faculty to go over evaluations 
                         

•   Informational - WBL 13th ed, Lexis being dropped, possible adoption of Westlaw, Pathways Advisory, and Mock Trial in Spring, High School Classes, new Law faculty, Canvas Test Drive
