Please take the following orientation prior to the start of the semester

1. Watch Welcome Video - Prof J (online transcript available upon request)

2. Watch Etudes video tutorial

3. Review Etudes Overview

4. Bookmark student etudes help at http://etudes.org/help/students

5.  Modify your etudes account and preferences information and set it up to get your etudes messages to your home email account instead of your laccd.edu email account

6.  Set up your laccd.edu email (since Mission will send you notices, etc to you at your school email). Also you can configure your laccd.edu student email to forward all Mission email to your home email - click here to do that

7.  Look at lamission.org to see your class, activities, textbook, and syllabus

8. Check out Student Services available at Mission and see if you need to access them, or contact anyone at Mission

9. Look at our Home Law Page

10. Meet our excellent law faculty

11. Look at the site index for lamission.edu/law

12. Order your textbook. In the meanwhile, while you are waiting for your textbook, we provide the first two chapters of your textbook online so you can get started reading your text for class.

For our online students you can login to etudes on Monday, Labor day, 9/1/14 @ 8 am to get started. Your first activity will be to introduce yourself to your fellow/sister online classmates. If you are taking classes on campus, you can wait until your first day of class for instructions from your on campus instructor on how etudes will be used to post your homework assignments.

Welcome aboard, nice having you as students in our program, and/or welcome back to our program. Hope you all had a relaxing summer. Here is to a great Fall 2014 semester, and Let the Journey Begin !
