canvas transition

DJ,

Thanks for you patience. I was searching around for the best answer because we have several options when it comes to course migrations.

Speaking specifically to eTudes and Canvas there is a unique set of options due to the OEI. We are still in negotiations with the OEI and ironing out details such at course migration plans. Currently, it seems there are three possibilities:

  1. We may build out a migration tool specifically for eTudes courses,
  2. The Campus can contract with our Pro Serve team to complete the migration, or
  3. The OEI/Campus can manually migrate courses by copying and pasting course information.

That being said, there's a good chance the OEI will figure out the best route for schools, but there is a need for some patience as the contract is being completed with details. That information would be disseminated directly from the OEI.

If you would like for me to get you connected with our Regional Director who has been in direct communication with the OEI to see a web demonstration of Canvas and how these migration options would work within Canvas I would be happy to set up a meeting for you. What date and time would work best for you?
