3. Review the Legal Argument by Plaintiff (Negligence) in the Titanic Case, and (without copying, and in your own words) state the facts which support the legal argument of negligence on the part of the defendant by pasting your work in etudes under assignments - see http://www.andersonkill.com/titanic/negl.htm
