During the 1st week of class you will post your introduction under discussions, and also post to the following discussion topics - law study, legal argumentation, strategies against procrastination, learning ethics, reading law cases. Thereafter, each week, online students will post three times to each  


Family Law Forms - 25%
Family Law Forms - Look at the family law forms you will prepare and submit in this class.

You will use the following facts for all of your forms (facts are being updated for Fall 2013)

Brief Description of our coverage of Family Law -    The class covers  family law, including dissolution, parents and children, child custody, child visitation, property, spousal support, family law litigation, and enforcement. You will learn how to prepare the forms for a divorce using a set of facts.
