For the most part it is what I need. Now, there are several things that are still needed:
1) Each part has to be put on the right form. The data within each section is ok, but needs to be summarized.
2) Total faculty eligible for training (campus)
3) Number of faculty who received training (campus)
4) Number of math faculty eligible for training
5) Number math who recv'd training
6) Number math who have incorporated new strategies into their teaching
7) If objective not met, what are the obstacles or plans for next year? Are we making progress? This goes on another form.
