 David,

I am not sure which program you are currently using. My School Maestro III

program is designed to be run from a server. It costs $30 to $35 per user

depending on the number of users. There is no annual fee unless you use the

Internet reporting for students ($5 per year per instructor). There is a

program description at

http://www.rredware.com/sm3details.htm

  Some screen shots at

http://www.rredware.com/sm3screen.htm

I have a series of tutorial videos you can watch to see how the program

works at

http://www.rredware.com/sm3videos.htm

For a live demo of the Internet reports students can get go to

http://www.rredware.com/sm3reports.asp

and enter 'demo' and 'secret' as your student code and password - there

are about 30 different reports students can get via the Internet. Samples of

the printed reports are at

http://www.rredware.com/download/sm3rep.pdf

A copy of the manual is at

http://www.rredware.com/download/sm3.pdf

  Pricing info is at

http://www.rredware.com/sm3order.htm

You can download a fully functional trial copy of the program from

http://www.rredware.com/sm3down.htm

Please let me know if you need any more info or have questions.

Thanks

Russ Stevens
