3. Summarize the law of the case

remember the statements of the case, i.e. possible testimony, may or may not be admissible as evidence at the time of the trial. You as a paralegal many times are asked by your employer to review a file in preparation for trial, or arbitration, and to summarize the facts, evidence and law of the case. Be concise in your summary of #1,2, and 3 above.
