Also yesterday in College Council we received a handout of the Revised Shared Governance Structure and Goals, and here are the goals of Prof. Dev. Could you please review and let's discuss them in our next meeting.

We will be receiving new Staff Development Funds (approved by the State) and we will need to develop the process to spend these funds. Please look at our last Master Plan at http://lamission.org/staffdev/staffdevplan.htm since we should also discuss a new, revised Professional Development Master Plan in our Spring 2007 Committee work.
