Colleagues, The 2015 ACCJC Follow-Up Report has been posted to the College’s Accreditation website.  It is extremely important that the Report be accurate and evidence-based in showing all that the College has done to resolve each of the remaining 5 2013 Recommendations.  Therefore, we are asking for your feedback on those two specific requirements.  Please read the report athttp://www.lamission.edu/accreditation/LAMCFollowUp2015_3-3-15.pdf. Once you have read the report, please click on the survey link below and answer the following survey questions:http://academic.lamission.edu/survey/rws5.pl?FORM=Accred_Follow_Up_Report_Feedback 1.    If you find any inaccuracies in the Report, please:a.   Identify the Recommendation where you have found an inaccuracy;b.   Identify each inaccuracy, including the nature of the error and reference the page number where you found the inaccuracy;c.    Provide specific language that will correct the error; andd.   If you can, cite the documentary evidence for the correction you have suggested. 2.    If you have specific suggestions for any additional documentary evidence that will help demonstrate what LAMC has done in response to the Recommendations, please provide your suggestions in the survey, email the evidence to Kelly Enos, and include the Recommendation number to which it belongs.  We know that your schedules are already packed as you continue to help students and the College’s operations in many ways, but please be sure to submit your completed survey no later than noon on Monday, March 9^th.  We will then take your feedback into consideration in finalizing the Report.  THANK YOU so much for your help in completing this crucial task!  Dr. PerezVP VillanuevaKelly EnosVP Allen
