#2 Monroe Case

Review the Mock Trial materials, statements, evidence, and law of the case U.S. vs. Martha Monroe 

1. Summarize the facts of the case.

2. Select one of the witness statements and summarize it. 

3. Summarize the law of the case.

Remember, the statements of the case  (possible testimony), may or may not be admissible as evidence at the time of the trial. You, as a paralegal, many times are asked by your employer to review a file in preparation for trial, or arbitrations, and to summarize the facts, evidence and law of the case.  Be concise in your summary of #1, 2, and 3 above.

Be brief and concise.
